Adjustable Bed Warranty

Warranty information is specific to each bed model. Please review your manual for updated and more specific information.

Don't forget to register your Rize to receive the latest updates on your bed and to help with any troubleshooting if you ever have questions.

For Rize adjustable beds purchased on or after January 1, 2018:
All beds except the Tranquility II: For the first five years, full coverage of parts and labor is included and the bed is warranted against any defects in workmanship or materials. Replacement parts, labor, and transportation costs are covered. After the fifth year and up through year 20, any defect in workmanship or the materials in the frame itself are covered. This excludes the cover, side rails, decking and legs, electronic parts, and cords. Does not apply to damage caused to mattresses, fabric, cables, cords, or items supplied by resellers. Applies to Rize adjustable beds purchased on 1/1/2018 and after.

The Tranquility II is covered by a basic limited warranty. For the first year, full coverage of parts and labor is included and the bed is warranted against any defects in workmanship or materials. Replacement parts, labor, and transportation costs are covered. For years two and three, replacement parts are available at no cost, but service, transportation, labor, and shipping costs are not covered. After the third year and up through year 20, replacement non-electrical parts are available at a reduced rate. All labor and transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The defective parts must be returned.

For Rize adjustable beds purchased before January 1, 2018:
The Rize Elevation, Edge, Clarity, and Summit models are covered by a basic limited warranty where defects in workmanship and materials are warranted for a period of up to one year. Parts, labor, transportation and shipping costs are covered during this time. After the first year, Rize Elevation, Edge, Clarity, and Summit power beds are covered by a 19-year limited warranty. During this time period, replacement parts for defective items are offered at a reduced cost (excluding electronics, electrical components, drive motors, and massage motors). The purchaser pays all service, transportation, labor, and shipping costs associated with the delivery and/or replacement of the defective part. Defective parts must be returned.

All other models are covered by a premium 20-year limited warranty. For the first year, full coverage of parts and labor is included and the bed is warranted against any defects in workmanship or materials. Replacement parts, labor, and transportation costs are covered. For years two and three, replacement parts are available at no cost, but service, transportation, labor, and shipping costs are not covered. After the third year and up through year 20, replacement non-electrical parts are available at a reduced rate. All labor and transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The defective parts must be returned.

Bedding Support Warranty

WE STAND BEHIND ALL OUR PRODUCTS. WE'RE CONFIDENT THAT EVERY BEDDING SUPPORT PRODUCT WE OFFER WILL LAST A LIFETIME.

All of our bedding support products have been tested for durability, so we know they can last. We also know that nothing is perfect all the time, and that's why all our products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. If a bedding support product you buy from us breaks as a result of defective material or workmanship, we will replace it at no cost to you or give you a full refund of your original purchase price (less applicable tax), at our option. This is good for as long as you own the product. Just contact us with your proof of purchase and we'll make sure you get a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Any refunds will be in the form of the original payment.

The warranty does not cover any reimbursement of labor costs and does not apply to any product which has been altered or subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident.

To make a claim under this warranty, contact us at warranty@rizebeds.com to exchange information as to the claimed defect, to provide us with your original purchase receipt (which receipt is required to make a warranty claim), and to coordinate the return of defective product, product replacement or refund. Do not return any product to us without our prior authorization.

We make no other warranties. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED WHERE ALLOWED BY LAW. Some states do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF YOUR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OR COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.

 

Mattress Warranty

How long is the warranty period?

The Warranty Period begins on the date of purchase shown on your sales receipt and offers a 10-year Warranty.

What is covered by this warranty?

If a defect occurs during the Warranty Period, at our discretion repair or replacement of your mattress will be provided after a complete inspection and determination that the damage is a result of a manufacturing defect during normal use. In all cases, transportation costs of the product to and from the store or factory, as applicable, are not covered by this Limited Warranty and are the responsibility of the purchaser. If the identical product is not available for replacement, our company may substitute a product of comparable value. In the event of repair or replacement, the Warranty Period shall continue from your original purchase date. This Limited Warranty is only valid for the original
purchaser of the product.

What is not covered by this warranty?

  • Claims made by anyone other than the original purchaser of the product.
  • Product that is purchased from an unauthorized dealer.
  • Structural damage from using an improper bed frame (see care instructions above).
  • Structural damage from not using the mattress in conjunction with an approved foundation or equivalent.
  • Burned, stained, or soiled fabric, even if the product is defective.
  • Damage due to abuse such as bending or standing or jumping on the mattress.
  • Comfort or firmness preference of the product.
  • Body impressions less than 1.5" (body impressions less than the amounts indicated are caused by the natural compression and settling of quality upholstery materials and are not considered a manufacturing defect. They are an indication that the upholstery layers are conforming to your body's individual contours).
  • Floor models and bedding sold “as-is".
  • Handles and normal wear of mattress fabrics.
  • Transportation costs of the product to and from the store or factory, as applicable.

ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL NOT EXCEED IN DURATION THE TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. THE SERVICE TERMS STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE THE CONSUMER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN THE EVENT OF PRODUCT FAILURE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. OUR COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT, OR FOR THE BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY.


This Limited Warranty is valid only in our company's specific trading areas and gives you specific legal rights that may vary from region to region*. Your product meets the requirements of Flammability Standards & Compliance, 16 CFR 1633, when your mattress is used alone or with one of the foundations specified on the 1633 law. Although your product meets flammability standards, its flame resistance may be impaired if any of the following occur: a non-matching mattress and foundation are used together; the outer cover of the mattress or foundation is damaged, torn or punctured; or mattress handles are torn from the side of the mattress.

 

Furniture Warranty

WE STAND BEHIND ALL OUR FURNITURE. THAT'S WHY WE OFFER AN INDUSTRY LEADING  3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON ALL FURNITURE ITEMS.

All of our furniture products have been tested for durability, so we know they can last. We also know that nothing is perfect all the time, and that's why all our products are covered by a 3-Year limited warranty. If a piece of furniture  you buy from us breaks as a result of defective material or workmanship, we will replace it at no cost to you or give you a full refund of your original purchase price (less applicable tax), at our option. This is good for as long as you own the product. Just contact us with your proof of purchase and we'll make sure you get a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Any refunds will be in the form of the original payment.

Any refunds will be in the form of the original payment.
