We are closely monitoring COVID-19 (coronavirus) and the recommendations to limit potential spread within our communities. Among our core principals are “Doing the Right Thing” and “Celebrating our Customers, Suppliers, and Co-Workers”. In that spirit, we want to be totally transparent with how we communicate about these challenging times. As we all know, things are changing hourly. We will do our best to be as communicative as possible.
We want to reassure you that we have protocols in place and are taking steps to minimize risk for our team members while continuing to deliver the service that you expect.
The purpose of this communication is to provide information about the precautionary measures that Rize is taking to minimize the impact to our customers and maximize our efforts to keep our team members safe. ·
BUSINESS CONTINUITY: We are still actively shipping to customers and will continue to do so as long as conditions allow. We are in regular contact with local, state, and federal agencies to monitor the situation and ensure that we are deploying best practices in response. Out of an abundance of caution, Rize is encouraging our team members to work from home as much as possible. We are focused on ensuring optimal service for our clients but would ask for patience as we navigate through these uncharted waters.
TRAVEL: We have paused all non-essential business travel. Additionally, team members who travel for personal reasons are notifying their management so that we can monitor their situation. We are instructing anyone showing signs of illness to contact their health provider. We’re ready to connect with you in other ways, whether by phone, email, virtual meeting, or other technological format.
WORKPLACE HYGIENE: All of our business locations are receiving an increased level of cleanings. We are actively communicating our guidelines around general safety and hygiene to our employees and partners.
